Above are pictures of tile painted with a map of Sarasota, Florida (it was impossible to take a photo without getting a reflection of the Sarasota Bay). It was installed outside on a balcony. The map was surrounded with tiles telling the history of Sarasota dating back to the 1600's (2 examples are below). Birds flying overhead balance out the artwork.
